  • Uterus - It is the reproductive organ that is hollow, shaped like a pear, and this is where a baby grows.

  • Vagina - It is a tube that joins the cervix to the outside of the body (e.g. birth canal).

  • LUS (Lower Uterine Segment)- Is located at the neck (bottom part) of the uterus.

  • Cervix - This is the lowest part of the womb or uterus, and it is where a baby passes through during the birth process.

  • Endometrium - The tissue that lines the inside of the uterus.

  • Fallopian Tubes - Tubes that are attached to the upper part of the uterus that serve as tunnels for the ova to travel from the ovaries to the uterus.

  • Fundus - The top of the uterus.

  • Ovary - Is the organ that produces female hormones and holds egg cells.  There are two ovaries, one on each side of the uterus.
